The Founder

"I built ACT because adults deserved a real path into tech, not another endless course library that left them stuck."

Kristin Pelletier, MOS

Founder · CEO · MOS Instructor

Kristin founded Access Computer Training in 2014 with one clear mission: build a Florida career training school that actually gets adults hired. She holds the Microsoft Office Specialist credential and brings 25+ years of experience working with Microsoft applications and business software.

With 10+ years developing curriculum and delivering instructor-led training, she oversees ACT's academic programs, faculty, regulatory compliance, and partnerships with workforce agencies. ACT operates as a Florida DOE-licensed institution and certified Woman-Owned Small Business under her leadership, and she still teaches the Microsoft Office programs herself.

To your success, Kristin Pelletier, MOS · President & CEO
