Where is Access Computer Training located?
ACT is based in Lutz, FL, just north of Tampa. Our campus serves students across the greater Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. Most students attend live online, so you can join from anywhere in Florida.
Is there funding available for computer training classes in Tampa?
Yes. Many Tampa Bay area students qualify for WIOA vouchers through CareerSource Tampa Bay, CareerSource Pasco Hernando, or CareerSource Suncoast. Veterans can use VA education benefits. We help you confirm your eligibility during the strategy call.

How are classes delivered?
Live, instructor-led online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are recorded for 24/7 review, and you'll need a Windows PC with a second monitor or device. We'll help you set up.
What time do classes meet?
Day classes run 8 AM to 3 PM ET, evening classes 3 PM to 9 PM ET. Specific times vary by program. Check the calendar above for details on each cohort.
Can I attend in person?
Veterans using VA benefits attend in-person at our Lutz, FL location near Tampa (per federal rules). All other students may attend hybrid or fully online from anywhere in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
Are seats limited?
Yes. Each cohort is intentionally kept small to keep the instructor-to-student ratio low. Seats fill on a first-come basis.
Can I take a leave of absence?
Yes, with prior written approval. Re-entry within one year is possible (subject to cohort availability) and you'll restart the program from the beginning.
