Meet the Coaches
Kristin Pelletier
Hi, I’m Kristin—a passionate educator, career transition strategist, and founder of Access Computer Training. For over a decade, I’ve been on a mission to help everyday people reinvent their lives through computer skills, IT certifications, and real-world job training that actually leads to employment.
What started as a small vision has grown into a transformative space where students from all walks of life—men/women, young/old, beginners to advanced, veterans, caregivers, career changers, and the tech-curious—come to build their skills, grow their confidence, and reclaim their purpose. Whether you’re exploring a career in IT or just learning how to use a computer for the first time, I’ve built my school around one simple belief: you’re never too old, too young, too “behind,” or too untechy to start and thrive in this tech driven workforce we live in today.
In everything I do, I bring heart, hustle, and a whole lot of real talk. No smoke and mirrors. Just honest guidance, smart strategy, and a relentless commitment to seeing our students succeed.
And when I’m not running the school or creating new online courses, I’m probably mentoring someone through a career pivot, helping my autistic son navigate life and independence, or dreaming up new ways to make tech training more fun and relevant.
I am very involved with my family and community and champion the importance of academic excellence, good choices, singing like no one is listening and dancing like everyone is watching! Originally from Boston, I’m not afraid to admit I enjoy a cold Sam Adams from time to time.
