Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change, so we offer a fair cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before your event. Cancellations made within this time frame will ensure a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may incur a fee.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be returned to you after the event, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. The amount of the deposit is based on the nature of the booking and any special requirements.
Cleaning Responsibilities: Renters are expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was upon arrival. This includes removing any personal items, trash, and ensuring that the area is tidy. If the space requires additional cleaning or if damage is found, any related costs will be deducted from the security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the space.
Late Fees: If the rental period extends beyond the agreed-upon time, additional charges may apply based on an hourly rate. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate needing extra time, so we can accommodate your request.
Damage and Liability: Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the space or equipment during their rental period. Should any damage occur, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters are also liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises during their rental.
