“I took the Access Computer Training A+ course in January of 2022. Because of Covid19 we did everything online, but it was like you were in the classroom. My instructor, Mike, was a great teacher. He explained all the chapters in the A+ Certification Guide to a point where I understood it very well. While I was studying to take the exam I found an ad on a website for a help desk level 1 person. I figured I’d go in take the interview and see how good I would be before I took the exam. To my surprise I did very well. I was very familiar with the questions and the test they gave me. I got the job even though I didn’t take the exam yet. All thanks to Mike’s great teaching. Now I am still studying to take the exam even though I have the job and they put me at a level 2 help desk tech. I must say working with Kristin Pelletier and Mike McQuain was very good. They helped me with any problem I had and the group I was in was great and helpful too.”
