Carmen Ruiz, originally from Puerto Rico, has dedicated over 17 years of her career keeping executives and business owners organized, prioritized, and less stressed in her tenure at BayCare Medical Group as well as her time here at Access Computer Training. She practices a streamlined and intuitive approach to office management which rests on empathy, efficiency, and astute problem solving.
She is a team player, willing to lead or follow, eager to learn and is extremely self-motivated. Enthusiastic and personable, her passion is to contribute, support, and make a difference. Access Computer Training recognized this in her while she was taking classes here and she was hired right after graduating. She joined our team in January 2017 as an Office Assistant and has been an asset to our staff and students ever since.
Carmen’s role here is not only administrative, but she also plays a big part in student services. Helping with resumes, job searches, and providing resources to our students with various needs.
Carmen and her husband currently live in Wesley Chapel. She has brought her bi-lingual skills to our school which has also proven to be beneficial. She is proud of her heritage and strives to make a difference everyday by giving 100% of her expertise, assistance and compassion to our students. She loves traveling and spending time with her 4 grandchildren.
