Owner and Instructor of Access Computer Training, Kristin Pelletier, is a Microsoft Office Certified Trainer. She has 20 + years of experience working with various Microsoft programs and has 3 years of experience developing and currently teaching several classes to best suit the needs of her clients.

We offer a broad array of programs. Windows File Management, the new OS Windows 10, Microsoft Office Applications (2013, 2016) and QuickBooks make up the forefront of the business diploma programs. Ms. Pelletier has also written various beginner and senior oriented classes such as Mastering Email, Skype, Facebook and iPad for beginners.
The team at Access Computer Training has taken the MS Office programs and broken down the classes into separate learning segments where specific functions are taught in a hands-on setting. From creating newsletters, tables and forms in Word, to spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables in Excel, each class is taught by building upon the skills learned in previous classes, always reinforcing what the students have learned in lessons prior.
Access Computer Training received the prestigious member of the year award with the SmartStart Incubator & Pasco Economic Development Council. Kristin is a member The Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce, Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce and The Pulse Business to Consumer Networking Group as well as the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List, Thumbtack, Yelp, Foursquare and more! Kristin has served her community by volunteering on several local school PTA’s, the Zephryhills Little League, Relay for Life, Ladies Oriental Shriners of North America and various other fundraising organizations. Access Computer Training has started a community outreach program for seniors offering free help with their mobile devices partering them with our local high school students who volunteer their time for this great event. This outreach program also gives these students volunteer hours for various scholarship programs. Kristin has an extensive background in working with people and has a proven track record as a successful leader.
Kristin resides in Wesley Chapel with her two children Sammantha and Spencer. She loves to rollerblade, run, bike, swim and just about anything where she can enjoy her time outdoors. She is very involved with her family and community and instills the importance of academic excellence, good choices, healthy living and strong community involvement.
